AI Coach is for athletes: personalized, AI-powered coaching support around your own training. Coaching OS is for coaches: an intelligent workspace that brings athlete context, coaching knowledge and day-to-day operations together. They are two propositions from one brand, with separate waitlists.
Is Golong AI available yet?
Not yet. Golong AI is in development. Both products are at the prelaunch stage, and the waitlists exist so we can learn from the right people before building further. Availability will be communicated as it is established.
Is Golong AI designed for professional coaches?
Yes. The Coaching OS is built around the coach as the primary professional user. The aim is to improve coaching quality and reduce repetitive work, keeping the coach central to every decision rather than replacing them.
Can a coaching business use the Coaching OS with its athletes?
