Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-25. This is a prelaunch policy covering the marketing website and waitlists only. It will be expanded before any product launch.
What we collect
When you join a waitlist we collect the details you enter: your email address and, optionally, your name, sport, goals, coaching model, athlete count, challenges, willingness to pay, and whether you volunteer for an interview, early access or a pilot. We also record the page you signed up from and, where present, campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (for example utm_source) and the referring site.
Why we collect it
To contact you about Golong AI, to understand which audiences and problems the product should prioritize, and to invite volunteers to interviews, early access or pilots. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Analytics
We measure visits, clicks on calls to action, form starts and completed signups so we can tell athlete demand from coach demand. Where an analytics service is used it is configured to be privacy-friendly and aggregated. Event names describe actions on the site, not your identity.
Where your data goes
Waitlist submissions are sent to the form or email service we use to collect them and stored there until we process them. We will name the specific providers here as they are confirmed.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact details will be published here shortly.
